This is great. It makes it appear that she is caged, and being kept from having fun out there. I like that her head is down, and she is grasping the fence. Nice photo.

Image is a bit washed out, but that could be what you were planning. Gives it a kind of ghostly mood. Setting a lower F-stop would focus in on the headstone a little more and blur the one behind it giving more contrast.
