Lost Soulby jmsetzlerComment by Shiiizzzam: I love the tone used. This is a VERY unique idea and well done. Thirds and leading lines. This is what photography is all about. Great photo ! = 10 |

Grapes, December, North Carolina...think the guy's made of money? Of course, you might create an interesting simulation with a couple of bottles of salmon eggs... |

Good and Evilby jmsetzlerComment by jjbeguin: The apple is at the same time the center of interest and a bit of a symbolic overkill in this image. I guess it is a well-shared concept to situate the center of sin and virtue, good and evil, at this area of the body even that we all know it is found only much higher. A bunch of dark grapes, symbol of festive pleasures would have been graphically very interesting, would fit perfectly and naturally between these hands. Good image nevertheless, nice skin tones and overall effect. Maybe a little more space at the bottom for these fingers to end. 9 |

Good and Evilby jmsetzlerComment by aussie: Nice job. I really like how the shadow falls from the apple into the centre of the picture. The lighting is great also. Good luck in this weeks challenge. |

Good and Evilby jmsetzlerComment by lisae: The lighting is great, bringing out beautiful skin tones. Thematically, it's just like Setzler's "Forbidden Fruit" image (is it you again? I have reason to believe so :)). However, the composition of this is so static, centred, symmetrical.... it doesn't inspire me. It robs all the life from the model. |
