Pure...by mia67Comment by yanko: Lost in his own world, a child's world. You can't get any purer than that. Message edited by author 2007-06-22 21:54:03. |

17by mia67Comment by talj: Such a sweet composition and I love the little curls just creeping out of the frame. I would like to have seen the focus on the eyes in this shot, as it is it's a little too soft but I think your editing has helped to keep this an interesting shot even without the focus! A great model you have here! :o) |

Day 3by mia67Comment by talj: I love your editing here, really suits this little ones sad expression!!I can't work out if the focus is a little 'off' on the eyes or not but I dont think it detracts at all! The softness of the face gives this a really sweet look and the composition is excellent, I love the way he (or she?) appears to be popping up out of the lower left of the frame, very nice :o) |

Pure...by mia67Comment by posthumous: I didn't vote or I would have given this a high score. are you sure this is basic editing? wow! This is just a beautiful photo. That little car adds some ridiculous to the sublime. Maybe a new title with a car metaphor, the word "drive" or something like that. Or "Autobiography" |

The Lookby mia67Comment by eschelar: really nice. try a layer of overly strong neat image and mask it to apply it only to the background... will get rid of that nasty pixelating in the BG...
Another thing you might try is to use a layer of curves to boost the shadows to where you want them and use gradients at lowish opacity to get your light back... The lighting seems to be a mite haphazard in this shot.
Love the border! |

The Lookby mia67Comment by SamDoe1: Another wonderful portrait! I especially love the flower. The skin is almost too plastic like though. Still a great portrait though. |
