Shades of Youthby naomikComment by ShutterPug: This is a very good portrait, and I like the way the lighting is coming in from the side. Somehow the title seems a bit odd - you would expect with that title to see a child, not a full grown man, even if he is still in his younger years.
I do not let that interfere with scoring though, so it isn't a big issue. I just thought it odd - I look at this and first title that would come to mind is Contemplation. I like the over all feel of this (7) |

Shades of Youthby naomikComment by Artyste: Dramatic.. reminds me of the work of David (Dah-veed) in classical painting. I'd have worked a little more on the red toning in the skin, but that's a personal choice. Nice portrait. |
