Chicagoby bigfishComment by skewsme: The placement of the streetlamps makes this remind me of Van Gogh's Starry Night over the Rhone. Wonder if it's just a touch bottom-heavy? Pretty shot.

Chicagoby bigfishComment by Lustre: Nice work capturing night lights without over-exposing. Unfortunately the bright lights near the bottom draw my attention away from the buildings without adding much to the shot. Perhaps a title like "Cities don't sleep" might have portrayed the "Life" component of the challenge more. |
