I like the use of black and white - however there is a lot of noise in the image - reflections and black dots - that may have been intentional? It fits the challenge well.

To go along with your title, it would have been better had this been a handwritten recipe on worn paper, slightly faded over time and showing the spills a recipe would normally get. Your lighting is good - position in the frame is good - however you are not 'revealing' the subject - instead keeping it somewhat 'concealed'.

Most of the image is out of focus... lighting is good. With the subject of the image being the moth I presume (based on your title), it might have been a better fit to the challenge if there were more of the motherboard visible.

Very nicely done photo - composition is strong. Looks like an ad for a magazine. Lighting is good, however it might be better if the left looked like the right... where the wristband fades into the backgroun as it curves. On the left there is a pretty bright spot. Frame works well for the photo... 8
