Interesting shot. Very crisp, nice light and tonal range, and the shallow depth of field works well, too. I find the fact that her face is "cut off" right at her eyes a bit disturbing, but it's a creative, interesting shot.

Cute! A little fill light from the opposite direction would have brightened up that dark cheek and brought out his face more, but my gosh, those eyes! Beautiful child, nice connection with the camera. I can't quit looking at it, and I'm not ususally one for pictures of children. I just want to reach out and pinch his cute little cheeks. :) 8

Ooooh, beautifully done portrait. Extremely interesting to the eye - the way she is turned out of the frame but looking back into it - it's a remarkable composition. There are a couple of spots, like the very edge of her lower back, that the selective color seems a bit odd, but you're busy being captivated by her face, so you don't notice it much. Very creative, provocative image.

Beautiful shot, excellent exposure, nice lighting and lovely detail. I'm not sure that I like it being cropped so slim, though. If there were more room to the sides it might "breathe" more. Lovely shot, nonetheless.
