imho, this needs more emotion. The angle is fairly basic, but would be ok if the composition was stronger. The man in the turban is the main subject here (correct?). While it can be important to include a person's environment, I think there are too many items in this shot (the taxi, the woman on the right). Shallower depth of field might help isolate the central figure as well.
