Good job. My criticism is hard to explain...but this pretty lady has her chin
sort of tucked in I think because she has tilted it to one side.

Obvious flash .... more "ambient" lighting would have been better.
I can't discern what she is doing. Don't be offended. I love the idea I wonder what these hands trying to hold a teacup would have looked like. (weird thought...good picture though going with the title, depicting pain associated with the simplest of tasks.)

Focus is off slightly. Good title matching picture.
I realize there is going to be some motion blur but a higher shutter speed would have made that bull crisp, clear and frozen in air with that cloud of dust around him.
