My pick for the blue. It lovely and manages to stand out from the others by being not only low contrast but engaging and an appropriate subject for low contrast treatment. Beautiful, subtle and evocative.

Lines leading from the bottom to the curb [pause] jump the curb and the asphalt void to the right side triangle of white to a stop at the bottom-most white line [pause] step up across the next asphalt void to the next horizontal line [stop] nowhere left to go but to the arrow leading up and out at the top of the frame. Bottom's up! A great expression of leading lines and way under-appreciated by the voters. Kudos!
