Biography: I pretty much suck at photography right now...I'm not going to lie. For my age, I think I'm pretty average. Though I hope to think that I'm improving quickly now that I'm actually trying. See, I've been surrounded by photography my entire life...my dad is a photographer. I've never really been "Oooh, a camera! Some lights! How fun!" No. All that I've seen of photography is some boring senior pictures and some corny wedding photos. If I had to make a living by doing that, I'd rip my hair out. No way could I have the patience to do something voluntarily that my heart isn't 100% in. I simply can't do it. (School is an exeption.) :)
Here's where the story begins. (Lets say that rambling up there was the prologue.) One of my friends had been obsessed with this book called Twilight for the longest time. She had been trying to get me to read it for a few months. Finally, I gave in. I read it. Then I read the next book of the series, New Moon, and then the next, Eclipse. By the end of it, I was hooked. I found everything I could about these books. Come to find out they were making a movie based of the series! I was so happy. I found this teaser poster on the movie and I was reading about the photographer. I was amazed when I heard that he was only 18. I looked him up and found his website. I was amazed to say the least. He put a whole new perspective of photography into my mind. The rest is history.
The Epilogue: Now, when I get out of high school I'm planning on going to college and my classes will be centered about photography and English. Then my plans are to travel the world and have every one know my name.
High hopes right? Well...if others can do it, why can't I? :)
