    Biography: I make my living in Video production, but I will always love still photography. Growing up studied photos in the Tulsa world and dissected how they were setup, what they told and what emotion I felt while looking at them. I finally got a digital SLR and was able to recreate some of the pictures.

    I have tried to photograph people, but I don't like pose them. Okay, I can't pose them. I prefer to catch people and things as they happen. While shooting a house for a local magazine I forgot the power cord for my strobes, and I had to work with natural light. I LOVED IT! Now I rarely work with flash, I find the pictures to be richer, and closer to how the moment was.

    My theory of photography is that you are catching an emotion of a moment in time. You should be able to feel the same looking at the picture 5 years later, as you did when the shutter closed.
