    Biography: Words seem rather trite now, however I’m feeling an overwhelming desire to express myself so I will make an attempt.

    It’s winter. It’s cold outside.

    Sitting in a ray of sunlight streaming through my window....eyes closed, I feel the warm sun on my face.

    I remember what I have known.

    I fill with what feels like infinite wisdom. I am brought back to the path which sometimes I cannot find.

    The path that leads to the very essence of my being.... my soul.

    I expand.

    I surrender.

    I allow light to pour in.

    I am reminded of what lies at my core.

    Who I am.

    What I radiate.

    I am reminded that I am pure love.

    Love that carries me to understanding, kindness, compassion, and non judgement.

    I recall my desire to serve, to make a difference.

    Even in the little things, everyday.

    I feel connected to everything, everywhere by a web of compassion.

    I see children’s faces whom I do not know.

    I recall that every action I make has meaning.

    I recognize that I have choices.

    I am overwhelmingly blessed.

    I feel love that is organic, unconditional.

    In this space I honor my strength. For pure love is the highest form of strength I know

    This love spreads, swells and soars.

    Who or what it reaches, I do not know.
