    Biography: Graphic Designer/Photographer for a tactical clothing & gear company.

    Using computer paint programs since getting an Atari ST computer in the early 80's that had NeoChrome and Degas.

    Started using photoshop in 1993, spent the 90's doing experimental digital imaging, like this image created with a flatbed scanner...

    graphic design, Art Direction, web design, the early 2000's doing advertising/print design--with some video and photo production and post, product photography, etc... mixed in as well--and now i'm back to my roots--Photoshop. I shoot for, Photo Edit, and fix submitted photos for a publishing company that prints several magazines, and i shoot lots of fashionish photos for clothing that my wife designs.


    My favorite camera is my '76 Konica 35mm--which like any great camera has a story, this one being that it belonged to my father, and i've used it off and on for 20 years.

    I also have quite a few Lomo's.


    I love film because there is a certain degree of error [for me anyways] which alwas gives me something to be entertained by....I like the fragility of the process.

    Recently had some down time caused by my D60 starting to fail followed by a major surgery right after getting my 20D. My camera bag was just more weight than i was allowed to carry for a few months.

    but i'm back now.

    I am a photoshop ninja. But usually i don't do anything at all to my own photos...especially after a day at work fixing Other peoples work.

    I don't try to shoot challenges like i would shoot commercial work...hence the low scores.
