    Biography: In 2002, I bought a digital camera for work (I'm a technical writer by profession), and took it outside to take some photographs of the flowers in my garden. In those few minutes, I found the creative outlet I had been looking for all my life.

    As a technical writer, I am detail-oriented. I have come to realize that I am detail-oriented in photography too. My favourite photos are always extreme closeups, be they of objects staged in my impromtu studio or of objects found in nature.
