This is the Lotus Shrine on the James River in Buckingham, Virginia.
The Light Of Truth Universal Shrine (LOTUS) is a unique temple dedicated to interfaith understanding and the Light within all faiths. Individual altars represent and honor the different world religions. The vision, design and inspiration of Sri Swami Satchidananda, the LOTUS was dedicated in 1986. Located in the peaceful countryside of Virginia, the doors of the LOTUS are open to welcome people of all faiths.

| What a cool building, and great composition. But that heavy vignette is so unnatural and is reducing the overall image for me. |

| Lovely perspective. Maybe I'd have cropped the top a bit and not used that much vignette (this feels somewhat suffocating). All in all a nice job! |
