Aperture: f/4
ISO: 100

Double exposure with a barn-door contraption I made.
I know this will bomb, but it was fun!

I have a feeling voter will vote low because they think it was done in expert...

This was not done using Expert editing, only Advanced editing.

I'm glad I didn't vote this down, had me fooled. I've done this before where my efforts exceeded my score, you deserve a hall of fame award for effort.

Can't assume thats the only reason for low votes. In a general sense, I like the pic, it's interesting. But I voted it as one of my lower scores because, in my opinion, it didn't show any emotion between the pet and owner. It's a funny shot, but it doesn't speak to me like the majority of the other shots did.

ETA: Note, this wasn't my lowest scoring shot, but it was below average on my score.

6, 7, 7, 16 I think they need refresher of the DNMC rules.
Oh well I countered a few with my 8.

I'm giving you a 7 just for pulling this off. The human head is obviously a print (shadow doesn't match the shading) but I still don't know how you did it so seamlessly.

Great idea. I'd love to know how you did this with just advanced editing.

Clever and effective.... But... I just not that struck by the result as a photo.

Well executed but aesthetically not for me.

Still a 6 for the effort though.

Absolutely marking this way up in score. (I'll guess you'll have to demonstrate compliance with rules.) I think this is quite an accomplishment if you did it within the ruleset, rather than photoshop. I assume you did it legally. Great job!

I expect this will be DQd for using expert editing. A good idea but more than a little creepy!

You did it with advanced editing? The rules say that I can't penalize you so I give you a 8... :)

And now you can explain me how you have done this shot. :)

This is probably a good picture and I don't know how you did it within the rules, but in the essence of the challenge it doesn't suit my taste. 5
