 The Quinceanera is the celebration of a young lady's 15th birthday. It is a very formal, fancy affair - the young lady and her friends all in gowns, their gentlemen escorts in tuxes. Apparently, the Universal Studios Citywalk (mall-like area outside of Universal Studios Hollywood) is a popular destination for Quinceanera parties. I was walking behind one such group, and since the light was fairly low in that area, I went for the blur. After all, we did have a blurry January side challenge! :-)

Gosh. 10 votes in isn't always the best indicator but 4.5? Hopefully it'll crack 5 by challenge end!

Hopefully doing much better now. I did peek once and I'd made it up to 5.7 or so, and that'll do just fine!

I really like this Deb! If it were mine I think I'd crop the right though, or darken it...it draws too much attention from the subject.
