I had a queasiness feeling when I first saw the thumbnail as I friend of mine hung himself just before Christmas. For a second I thought not to open you image but I’m so glad that I did. This is such a fantastic image that I can look beyond my own memories and appreciate what you have created. It helped to read some of the other comments to see different takes on the image.

What makes this image work for me is the tilt, grain, perspective, texture, the out of focus subject, the light from the door and the shadows. I’m sure if I was to study this for longer other elements will present themselves to me such as the lines from the polished floor boards, the open hand and the hint of toes. Enough rambling, I just really like it and I’m so glad that I decided to look.

It's so weird when you're just walking down the hall and then you start floating.

Might as well end it all before someone tromps in some more mud. Jokes aside, this is a fascinating image. Everything is hard lines and angles except for the "body". Very powerful image.

The horizon is a bit tilted which is not distracting at all.

Nice pic. And nice camera, too. Your model appears to have webbed feet. Thorpie? Stephanie Rice? Flipper?

Ominous, cinematic and slightly magical. The refection is magnificent.

Levitation is a wonderful quality, glad her finger is pointed to where she wants to go. Love the grain.
