Does what it says on the tin - there are some star-shaped Christmas lights between me and Nic. They hang on some Willow branches in front of a mirror.

Great choice on this one, this illustrates why we need to slow down and appreciate the entries, imagine context and truly feel the shot. You have Posthumous below, putting forth a stunning anti- DNMC argument so I need not say more on that subject. But just so you know, shots like these are appreciated, as we all know you have the skill to come up with a ribbon by embracing the challenge in an outwardly literal sense, pandering to the masses, but you didn't, and for that, the shot means so much more.

Of course she was charming, the perfect hostess, but I saw her for one moment forget all that, remembering instead some past Christmas, perhaps the one for which she had bought those silly little lights. Her eye succumbed to a tear without ever letting it go. And then instantly she turned to me and asked to refill my wine.

And... the "Holiday Decorations" part is...

Sorry... I'm missing it.

Although.... I do love the image. Totally beautiful!

I am not sure what this has to do with holiday decorations, that being said even with the noise in the image it is an interesting shot of a pretty face.
