 Taken in my kitchen with a ceiling-bounced flashgun. The model is my newest family recruit (she has no name as yet) making her photographic debut. None of the rats would play ball with the original idea of getting them to hold the purple balloon so it looked like they were going to blow it up, I had to resort to this instead.

I wasn't happy with that green balloon, I thought it looked like it had weird artefacts on it which hopefully people won't think is an editing screw-up; the balloons in the shot are 'pearl' coated and photographed a bit strangely.

Edit: Cropped, adjusted brightness/contrast using levels, upped the master saturation, cloned out a few paper lines and dust specks, denoised, sharpened, added borders and resized.

I love the model! The image seems a bit... uhh... dingy. Like the whites need to be whiter and the colors need to be more "Pop!". I didn't notice the odd stuff in the green one until you told me to. :D But, now it does bother me.

Great colors and control of exposure. And you have one heck of a great model to work with. Overall, a nice complete shot.

As a few others have stated, I am not sure what the title means.

I don't understand the title, but I'm in love with the rattie baby. I would have to guess this is Purple_Girl and the model is one of her 15 babies...
