 Spent a few days working with some buddies on a music video shoot. "Like a Stone" is the name of the song; you can tell in close up that the paper is just "like a stone" repeated over and over.

I run lights when I work with these guys. And while my buddy Kollin drives the RED to record the real footage, I stand in the background and shoot stills.

We had so much fun in this project. The kind of day when everyone on the team feels their art evolving.

I absolutely love the atmosphere created by the light, depth of field, and color. I'm not terribly sure what the story is (I'd love to know more!) or what the connection is between the boy, the letter, and the lantern.

What a lovely and unusual portrait, I like it. I like the dark right slowly revealing detail and the light on the letter and lamp, I am less keen on the haze in particular the section that appears to be emanating from his chin, other than that a great image, good luck

Intense. Interesting title but really doesn't connect with the photo for me. I see more of a dream being realized - a letter from someone he'd nearly given up on.
