 i found this poor little dead... thingy out at my favourite park bench on campus. since my "macro lense" is one of those cheap screw on magnifying filters i dont get to shoot anything living...

i pushed the ISO up a bunch trying to get some grain in this but it was really just too bright even in the shade to give me much of that sort of thing. i tweaked it a little in topaz to try and exaggerate it but i was worried about being too ham fisted. one of the few times i really miss the old d100 compared to this new wonderful thing... i like film grain not digital grain generally.
