Very poetic. The more I look at it, the more I like it.
To me, the bottom part looks almost like the Titanic sinking on its side. Not sure why.

I'm thinking that the ISO noise may be intentional on this entry. The way it fades to a perfectly clean background around the moon is curious.

The grain is too much. Sometimes we have to push our camera to its limits, but this is over the limit for yours I guess. Sorry if you did it intentionally.

so much noise it almost looks like it is on canvas. The noise is obscuring your subject (the cityscape) and making it look like it is the moon...
