On the channel between Fourth and Fifth Lake in Inlet NY (Adirondacks) there is a boathouse that has seen better days. I'm sure there's an interesting story there...since the location is so beautiful, who would ever let it go?

I voted earlier - I kept coming back to this photo so many times and bumping it. Finally there was no more bumping as I got to 10. The story is so strong and resonates some place within that I don't even remember - but it is familiar. This shot made me ask myself so many questions - the wood looks strong so how did it end up in the water... I can't see where it might have slipped down to the water..did the river/water flood and knock it off it's foundation - I love the reflections in the water that is filled with floating bits - thank you for the story.

I think B/W was a very good choice for this image. I like it

This looks like such an interesting location, but I don't think the HDR look suits it as well as something with richer blacks would have. The HDR makes this look too grey.

Like: Everything; the tilted house, the reflecting water, the woods.
Dislike: Nothing ;)

Great tones and textures. You can't help but feel sad seeing this old structure. :(
