Thanks for all of the wonderful comments.
There are two secrets to this recipe:
1)Over-ripened bananas. I actually freeze them for weeks or months before using. Just thaw them out in the microwave. (They will look gross when you remove them from the peels, but the flavor is outstanding)
2)Yogurt. This is what helps the bread to remain moist. Because of this, don’t be afraid to push baking time a little to make certain that it’s done. Cover the top with foil near the end if it’s getting too brown.

Ingredients:
½ Cup Butter; 1 Cup Sugar; 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten; 1 Cup (~3 medium) mashed very ripe banana; 1 tsp Vanilla extract; 1-1/2 Cups Flour; 1 tsp baking powder; ½ tsp baking Soda; ½ tsp Salt; 6oz. Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla works well); 1 Cup chopped nuts (Sometimes I substitute ¾-Cup chocolate chips for nuts)

Directions:
1)Preheat oven to 375 deg.
2)Cream butter & sugar
3)Add eggs, beat well
4)Beat in bananas and vanilla extract until well blended
5)Stir dry ingredients together, then combine to wet ingredients
6)Stir in Yogurt & Nuts/Chocolate chips
7)Pour into greased baking pans (1-lg 9”x5”; or 2-sm 7”x5”; or 6-mini loaf pans). Best if you can also place a small piece of baking parchment in the bottom for easy release later.
8)Bake (Approximately 80min-lg; 60min-sm; 28min-mini). When cake tester probe comes out clean, they’re ready!
9)Carefully cut around edges if possible, but don’t remove them yet. Set on cooling rack 10 minutes & then remove from pans.
10)Slice, add a little butter if you like. If they can last until the next day, they’re even more flavorful. ENJOY!

I sure hope you put the recipe AND the baking directions. That looks soo good!

Now on to the voting part. I really love the focus on the center loaf. The image is making my mouth water, so there is definitely some credit there. I really think this will end up on the front page!

Love the lighting on this...and can feel the heat and smell the fragrance of cooking banana bread. Could have been an entry in the 5 senses.

Love the way the light plays on the surface of the banana bread - it does indeed look moist. The golden brown is not only warm and inviting but it calls up the sense that it is rich, sweet and buttery in taste. Just a small critique - I wish the crop was not so tight - just pull back a tad so that the edge of the pan holding the middle banana bread is visible and some more of the back end of the loaf is visible. The dessert bread will still be large and dominate the scene, but it give us more of this main dessert (in sharp focus) is available for tasting.

A bit too much glare for my taste. Bet the bread was good.

Beautiful. I can smell it baking. I like the shallow dof in this one and the lighting. I can also feel the oven heat. lol Mail me some?? Just kidding (it's probably all eaten up by now anyway)

Love banana bread. I may have gone with a bit more in focus, having that middle loaf pretty sharp with the other two OOF. My eye desires to see the texture of the loaf better. My mouth desires to eat the loaf. ;)

Beautiful, I love how it's still rising, and it glistening with the angled light. It looks delicious from here.

It's like an early morning sunrise is lighting the top of the bread. Nice light.
