 Very early on Pennyrile Lake, wanting some sunrise color but getting only gray skies and quiet...no geese or coots, only a few vultures looking down at me from the trees. A gentle breeze across the smooth water, and a sycamore leaf, fresh, still green. "sotto voce", quietly, softly, a tribute to KarenNfld's "Adagio", one of my favorites.
