I care not about scores but I only hope that people realize that the Sun is indeed behind me and shining onto the Moon: that afterall, is what makes it visible to us. The plane was an added bonus that I've been waiting to capture for quite a few years.

------- POST CHALLENGE -------

Ahh, I understand now what's the matter with this photo: I should have 'cheated' and used PhotoShop to turn the Moon and clouds Orange. Yeah, that's what photography is all about these days...the photo could not have been taken at '2pm' because the challenge called for sunset or sunrise. Any other time would be a DQ...I am happy with the results.

...and, it appears that 'Daniel' has made the same comment on to about 30 photos or so.

Perfect timing with the B737 crossing the moon. The clouds add a nice interest to the image as well. But it’s the perfect exposure of the moon that really makes this shot for me as it’s something I have not been able to achieve and when it is wrong can look terrible. Well done and good luck – this should do well.
