I see this more as a ghostly image rather than a floral image. It's like you've captured the spirit of nature. Very cool.

A not so in your face version of "stop and smell the roses". Well done.

Was your comment intentional? I know you took the time to post it, but I'll need more evidence than that...

I have been trying from time to time to get the brown with a shot that I like, and you make it seem so easy. I love the way you contrasted the fluid forms of the spent flower with the pixilated geometry of the sensor noise, very clever.

Beautiful.I didn't get a chance to vote on this challenge or you would have had 3 10's. By far the most out of the box and the most lovely.

Carole King's Tapestry comes to mind. The rich colors and memories of lives woven into a beautiful work of art.

I imagine that you are proud of this one. I would be. It really has a beautiful textured look. The colours are marvelous. Thank you.

poignant/sperate. (I hope you are not getting spoiled by those ones and twos and threes).

This looks like one of my umbrella shots. I think I see fabric.

I like the look of your shot, but can't relate it to the challenge at all.

It's very dark and noisy, get the feeling it's taken with a mobile phone camera. Get a Can't really tell what it is either. I am sorry for my low score, but this picture just doesn't do it for me. 3

Maybe my screen is not showing this correctly, but I cannot make anything out in this...I cannot see any flowers... :(

Engaging. Idiosyncratic processing. Could be an album cover for a death metal band.

It surely is very, very lovely, dark and deep but I long to get a better glimpse of it to put it in my mind's flower drawer! Otherwise it might just get the meaning lost in a thousand of other thoughts.

I'm afraid I just don't get what you are aiming for here, and viewing it without that knowledge or understanding, I can only base my vote on the aesthetic appeal the photo holds for me - unfortunately in this instance, not a great deal. Looking forward to returning after voting to read any comments you may have left explaining your take on the challenge.
