 Not sure about the rest of the world, but when a Real Estate agent here has a run down almost dead home for offer they advertise it as a "Renovators Dream' - it's all rather tongue in cheek!

At a quick glance the middle set of windows almost has a creepy hand with claws. When you actually look at the window it's not so much there, but I see it quite clearly when I look at the broken wall in the middle.

This is what our real estate agents would call a "Handyman's Special." You've really captured the feeling of decay. You've given me an idea--I ought to go down into our basement and give it the Lensbaby treatment.
