Tiny violin! Deserves more, though.

This was the first image that came in my randomly assorted list for voting. It was a nice way to open the voting. Instant 10 from me. Far and away my favourite.

We're here today then.. It is all so fleeting and over so quickly. Did you have to remind me? :)

Absolutely fantastic. Love the time laps effect on the people, and how the ebbing foam blasts their phantasm out of view. Beautiful. 9

Strange effect here as if the tide has become clouds.

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: What a great sky (especially that cloud just above the sea on the left) and the moving figures are marvellous too. I really like the highlights on the sea beyond the figures.

Critical stuff: I do like the vignette but I think it could be a tad darker, also this is one of those images that I think would look even better with a little added grain.

Overall: Lovely stuff. Well made.

Killer shot. Progression of time through footsteps and transitions and the persistence of the world around us. Wonderful tones, awesome sky. Great stuff.
