 I know shots like this are important to my friends. I've never tried one on DPC. Time to see how it does.

I sort of expect this to tank terribly. It's a messy photo, it has not one whit of planning, posing, or precision about it. But, it's a moment. It's a human event. And Joe McNally always teaches that human moment trumps any photographic execution.

Anyway, I'm just back from a 10-hour day working with local band Mindbraek to try shooting a music video. We had a TV studio at our disposal today (much love to my colleague for setting it up). This moment came near the end of our day when everyone was getting a little frazzled.

Ryan (drummer, not pictured) was going crazy, Mike (guitar) and Jon (vocals) watched and chuckled. :)
