Thanks for the thought provoking comment and I hear you. I think the whole thing is self-fulfilling; I'd love to take pictures of a much more representative sample of people, but not too many make themselves available for such work....

Sublime, and the light is wonderful. Congrats on obtaining the elusive FS ribbon! I will add that as lovely as this is, it is just a tad depressing, when one realizes that only 2% or so of the women in the world are this beautiful. The rest of us live in shadow, never to know the beauty of light like this. But then photographs of ugly women rarely strike anyone's fancy. :-)

in fact how anyone can rate this below a 5 is beyond my comprehension.

i could look at this magnificent portrait for ages .. its truly amazing .. in a site where we see fantastic images all the time and portraits ad infinitum this stands out as something very very special .. you are a master that's for sure .. many congrats on the yellow paul .. :)
