this is a very "live" shot, what a true street photo should be. Congrats on your top 10 finish!

It's all about the meat guy blessing you with his look and smile. He could be a New Yorker, salt of the earth. Lovely to see.

Street photography is new for me. Well lets say I don't shoot it much but I very much enjoy viewing it. Also new for me....I've never really critiqued it before. BTW I gave you a 7.
-What I see here is that this is a VERY BUSY photograph, but going with black and white helps the viewer to see the subject without distraction. So the business here works. Especially for me as I like taking it all in. Also for this shot, the "stuff" seems to frame Mr. Meat Guy. And you got captured a nice expression. :-)
-His expression also leads into the story of this photograph....is she a regular customer? Is she purchasing something for a special occassion or just making her weekly rounds.
-I think had the customer been a little better lighted it would add alot to the photo. But then again, street photography and minimal editing you kinda take what you get.
-I also like the fact that you have leading lines in this photo (the overhead lights and the counter) which lead us on into the shop.

I don't know what your scoring but I like this shot and think you did a great job capturing your subjects.
