 I actually was going to enter a picture similar to this for the thirds challenge, but decided to go another route. When the speed challenge came up, I thought, "perfect now I can use my other idea." So I did a re shoot, and since it is expert editing I had fun dodging some hearts as the reflection in her eyes.

I like it, I don't know how well it will do but I don't think many people will enter this challenge, so my chances of a good score are a little higher.

My score prediction:

Yay! I think I might get a new personal best with this one, very exciting! Very worth the dollar I paid to the model. Sorry you have been seeing a lot of this girl lately. She is also getting very sick of posing, so I have resorted to bribing with money.

I am sooo happy about my blue ribbon! and a new personal best, the only thing that might have made it better was to have gotten that illusive 7. I had it twice once at around 50 votes and again for about a day at 100 votes. Not meant to be for this challenge, so I will be more than happy with my blue! Thanks to vawendy and karennfld for helping me pick a title. My least favorite part of entering challenges.

Wow -- not sure what to say. Great photo of the girl, with little connection to V-day till I noticed the eyes. Then I can not notice anything but the eyes which are of course totally unnatural. On the whole it does not work for me.

my point of view is - she's a little young to have love burning in her eyes - still it's a marvelous portrait and wonderfully done so you still get a 10 from me
