Thanks everyone for all the votes and nice comments. The wintertime in my neighborhood with frosted surroundings is one of my favorite subjects for landscape photography.

jjstager2: No, no filter. But despite it looking very bright, it wasn't really that bright outside. In my hometown we only have 6 hour long days this time of year - with a sun just barely above the horizon.

Beautiful. I'm surprised at the rather slow shutter speed. I would have thought it would have had to be a lot faster. Did you have a filter on the lens?
