Thanks all for all the kind comments and votes, looks like this is going to finish well.

Honestly, I am a bit surprised since I really lacked time this week. In the end I was quite unhappy with the processing, and would have loved to polish it a few more hours. Challenges ending a Friday are quite hard to fit in my week! Anyway, some notes about the setup:
- the bed has been shot separately and empty.
- the background is a cloudy sky shot
- hands have been shot separately on the same bed and without touching the camera nor lighting
- the moon has been shot using my telephoto lens
- the model has been shot horizontally lying on a chair

Then everything was blended together, distorded, dodged/burned. As someone suggested it, I had in mind to integrate the moon better; I will do it when I have some time.

With the warped arms and the stretched body of the woman it makes me think of the poster for Gilliams' 'Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas'. However, the overall warped style makes me think Tim Burton/Burtonesque. Composition is very well done and I can very well see this in the top 10. This captures the fear of falling and the fear of being 'chased/captured'. Those disembodied hands reaching out to grab her is very macabre and frightening when you think about it. The full moon is a nice touch for one thinks of all the supernatural beasties that come out during a full moon.

Fantasmagorical! My absolute favorite of the bunch! This must have taken a lot of processing work.

This is brilliant!!

I can stare at this for ages and find more to appreciate. The circular motion works so well. For me it would have worked a bit better without the moon or to have the moon slightly distorted as if being pulled into the singularity. I can not give this any lower than a 10. Well done!

I absolutely love this image, it's my new wallpaper for a while and I hope to be inspired by it. Perfect 10.

That said, I think the moon is too crisp and bright. I feel it needs to be tamed somehow.
