 Picture of fish oil tablets, on a piece of glass, that i formed into the shape of a salmon... added a hook to it's mouth. cropped, resized, sharpened, adjusted the blue curve of the background to make it blue, then saturated it a bit, also cloned out the glass edges, the shadow on the fishing line, and some glare on the glass from the tablets.

Cute photo/idea. I can actually see this being used as a stock photo, in the medicine category (especially after looking over different sites for this challenge).
