Tilt? What tilt? I think what 90% of what you're seeing is perspective convergence!

I like the dynamic in this photo, I just wish the colors were less muted, but I know this site and this is a tricky shot due to the massive amount of DR needed to capture it.

Great lighting. How lucky that the buildings across the street are white so they provide the perfect fill in the shadows!
