I really wish the highlight in the eye in shadow had been in focus. Just a bit more DOF would have sent this very good portrait over into ribbon land.

Great shot... now, not to be picky, but I think it would look better if there was no catch light in his other eye... because it causes a little white dot there that is distracting... otherwise, great shot!

I really like this photo because of the emotion it portrays. The eye is nice and sharp but loses a point because I think it would have been better without the tiny reflection in the right eye (as we look at it).I'm sure you left it in for a reason though...
