Orange in birdbath with dead leaf draped over it.

I obliterated detail in the dark tones with levels (the resulting bump in contrast also intensified the colors). A significant crop. Burned some background highlights.

My apologies to the voters who want every photograph to look the same.

greetings from the Critique Club

Well, Posthumous, we meet again! I doubt I am the only one doing critiques in the Critique Club, so it must be pure chance.

Another of your abstracts that could be taken literally with its oranges and complimentary blues. But you chose to march to the beat of that other drummer again, and while some enjoyed your work, the scoring was downhill. However, I understand the scoring is not what you are after - and the Comment by Spooky11, the person from Belgium, whose English must have come painstakingly from the dictionary, surely made it all worthwhile.

Best regards,

Alice

PS For those worried about the word Macula. It can mean dense or densely packed cells.

ran this thru google for translation and got nothing....what is a macula? although I like the way "moans me less" sounds, think i'll start using that.

By the way I don't accept your apology Don. ;)

Good attempt. address the composition moans me less. The orange shows an over-exposed macula. Or was there used flashlight or a light on the orange.

One side is so dark that I don't understand this. It is fuzzy too. I tried to Google the title and I am still lost. Sorry.
