Greetings from the Critique Club
 Ja-9, you have a perfectly delightful image here that did as well as is possible in DPC's Challenges.
There certainly is not anything for a member of the Critique Club to do here except to enjoy your fine picture once more and move on to the next image in the queue.

| Great shot. I tried to capture something simeler the day before (not nearly as good)but was not happy with my takes on the rose and rather declined on entering. On opening of challenge browsing through the pics my eye caught this and knew this was the one I was looking for...and it would end up on the front page (yea right :)) Congrats on a super image well presented and amazing how such a simple pic can evoke so much emotions with the lines in it. You have an eye! |

When I saw this picture stopped breathing.
From my point of view it is very good, almost perfect.
The color, the curves, the theme, the light, the composition and the focus are very good.
Maybe I put the theme a little farther.
In a word, this image moves me to reflect on the beauty of things (which I appreciate so much).

Nice patterns. Very soothing to eyes. But the petals seems to have a slight plastic look - don't know if you applied neat image or something.
