I was running short of ideas for this one. These are the same penguin toys which I used for Children's Toy II challenge.

Set-up
Downloaded an orange wallpaper onto my laptop. Opened it and enabled full screen view
cleaned up the LCD screen using a wet tissue to clean some dust spots.
Kept a considerably big on top of the keypad, and arranged odd shaped items to have an irregular plain
Covered the entire mess using a thick layer of white lining cloth
Placed the penguin toys on top of lining cloth

Post-Processing
Duplicate Layer
Levels
Increase Hue/Saturation plus a little of Colour balance

Unsharp Mask (x2)
Reduce opacity to 67%
Add border

Greetings from the Critique Club

Wow! Welcome to one of our members from India. I see you joined a long time ago, and just recently found your way back to the site. I'm so glad you did.

You have a cute image here but it didn't score well. Yes, you set it up nicely and it is arranged pleasingly in the frame. Still, there were drawbacks. Because the main subject of the Challenge was "Orange" it would have been better to have the orange color in front of the viewer, rather than in the background. Then, sad to say, toys just don't do well - as a rule - in Challenges. There are exceptions, but not many. So, your fun set-up with toys just did not take the fancy of our voters.

But you obviously had fun making this image and that is what counts in the long run. And I do look forward to seeing more of your images. Be sure to use some of the wonderful sights and colors of India. They are beautiful and may score nicely, indeed! (Can you tell I've visited India and loved it?)

Best regards,

Alice
