Lovely.

I think this would work well as a print.

Quick - straighten this out before all the water runs out of the lake!!! I like this scene and I think it has more potential for something really dynamic than what you presented. First, straighten the horizon. Second thing I'd consider is much less sky and more emphasis on the fishermen. Just some observations. Good luck in the challenge.

This is cool. The tilt is less attractive, though.

Very nice job on this. I like the way the last person almost fades off into the light.

I really enjoyed this photograph - it seems to really be dipping on the left.

Interesting image. Between the tilted horizon and the light and mist on the right it looks like a progression into heaven.

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: Lovely smooth and subtle colour transitions are very nice here and capture the mood of the moment very well. I like the confidence you have had to let the the sun into your image on the right and the figures themselves draw the eye into the scene nicely.

Critical stuff: I know the shore / bank doesn't need to be horizontal but I think it does need rotating a little to get the men vertical. I'm not sure that the left hand side of the image is particularly strong.

Overall, a very attractive and peaceful image - one that stands out to because of the way you have handled the light.

a slight rotation would relieve the tension and strengthen the photograph...
