This is outstanding work. I actually didn't vote this challenge, but I'd have given this a 9 for it's faded, other-timely atmosphere alone.

Not the most technically perfect picture (tilted horizon, noisy sky, glare in the buildings) but this one just made me stop and stare. Love the positioning and the shallow DOF. That expression on your subject is just superb! Sorry but I'm bumping you up to a 10. =)

The colortone and placement of the boy makes me think of a poster for a movie from the 70's. His facial expression is quite captivating.
