Thank you everyone for all your wonderful comments. Unfortunately I could not clone out the light behind #21's head for this challenge and to be honest I really didn't even notice the light being that distracting when I took the shot and edited it. However this is the same shot that was on the cover of the magazine I shoot for. The only difference is the background has a motion blur in it so everything is more out of focus and less distracting. I just couldn't the motion blur effect for the challenge so I was stuck with the lights. I'll post a picture of the shot and the magazine later today.

Here is a picture of the magazine it was on.

I really like this shot - I would have preferred it with an after the game look. Sweaty dirty and just "spent" leaving it all on the field for the Red Devils. But still giving an 8

Nice job , I like the pleasant lighting. The left flourescent lamp's position unfortunately is a spoiler IMO, 7

Very well done team photo - light is excellent and you've included enough of the background to give it context.

Well done portrait, the only thing I don't like is the light behind number 21's head.

Fabulous portrait. My only criticism is the florescent light directly over number 21's head. 8

I like your blending of flash and ambient here. Knocking down the ambient as much as you did gives it the edgy that i think you were going for. Was the flash gelled to match ambient at all?

Nice sports pic. Eyes of back guy does not work nor the light coming from his head. Would like to see more life in the faces. 7

Great light. I love the mood. Just wish the light wasn't coming out of the guy on the left's head.
