GREETINGS FROM THE CRITIQUE CLUB
Congratulations on a fine image and a fine finish in this demanding competition. With a 6.56 finish, you don't need much of a critique from the likes of me! Aren't you glad you took that class?
This review also gave me the chance to look at some of your other work. I must say your Predator shot was one I admired a great deal and still wonder how you got that underwing detail.
Well okay, since there is 'nothing to critique here' I guess I must move along to the next image in the queue.

| So far this is the only frog photo that I have liked - very well done!! Wanted to add the ONLY thing I would have changed in this photo is taking the blue cast of the catchlights out and removed the other catchlight in his right (our left) eye. What a cutie!! |

| So many fine details in this shot of the frog peering out from the flower petals. The spotted skin and the texture of its head is something that I marvel at as well as being drawn to those big bulbous eyes. The splash of red of the petals introduces color to the shot increasing the visual appeal. Lighting is great and while this is an above average shot but there is just something missing...some 'umph' to push it into the exceptional category. |
