Ohh what a beautiful shot - I love the light and the detail in the horse that brings out it's sculpted shape but isn't too sharp .. just amazing.
What a beautiful b/g - I am trying to lean how to photograph horses and pp them for a rescue and your photos are ones I will be studying. |

| 8 - Nice title & 'concept', nice image - nice scene, good lighting, good detail, wish it were 800 and some minor adjustments in pp, like the branch coming in on the right middle to top the fore oof leaves (minor) and the sky color/exposure upper right. Not sure if it is gamma issues, but some black/dark areas on the horse's knees and chest seem a little funky. Really like the way the mane is almost perfectly 'laying' on the neck and the tail contrasted by the morning/evening light making it 'glow'. Up to 8 from 7. |

| I remember seeing this somewhere and thinking to come back and leave a comment - only I could not remember where to find it. Now, I happily have the opportunity. Love the title - plays directly with the actions of the horse. I wonder what he/she heard that made him/her look back over the shoulder? Love the soft morning light that plays of the field - it gives the meadow grass a soft feel and a gentle glow. A lovely moment captured - 9 |
