The ferry landing (old pier?) doesn't stand out enough to be the headline. If that were a real headline, the photo would have the pier more focused rather than the bright green bushes in the foreground.

Don't know if your monitor is too dark,but this photo is very light.
Need some darkening and contrast applied.Also polarizer would make sky more blue.7

Increased contrast would have helped this image out a lot. Also, the subject (which is apparently the ferry landing) is lost in the granduer of the cityscape/bridge. Perhaps getting closer to the ferry landing and using a larger aperature would have made the photo more interesting.

the fairy landing isn't the clear subject of the image, the bridge seems more like the subject to me.
