 Abstract always is risky, but I really love the sense of motion, and rush that a rainstorm brings so decided to go with this over other clearer panned shots.

Love the abstract nature of the shot - the motion works so well with the shapes, colours and patterns of the scene.

This photo and it's placement is evidence to me that some of those out of focus challenges we have had recently paid off in getting people to appreciate purposefully blurred images. Nice job on this!

Ooooooh. . . I LIKE this one! And not a bad score considering this voting bunch that rarely gives artistic blur a favorable nod. I think we're growing on them :) Yayyyy! Congratulatios on a top 20 spot!

Interesting concept, but the heavy blur and lack of a focal point make this a tough image for me to evaluate. And the ghost image of the words in the pink umbrella draw my eye, but I don't think that is intended.

The kinetic energy and movement in this is fantastic - all the brilliant colours, shapes and lines blur together like wet watercolours. Abstract, understated and engaging.
